The Lucy Pet Foundation was founded by Joey Herrick with a goal to help end pet overpopulation by offering free national mobile spay/neuter and adoption mobile clinics, as well as educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter, educating children about pet care, and helping to make shelter animals more adoptable with training and grooming.
